CSS was founded in 1998 by Vimal Dubey, a first-generation entrepreneur with a ‘Vision to Deliver World-Class Services’ in Facility Management, Security Solutions, and all Allied Support Services. Since inception, our visionary founder positioned CSS as a forward-looking housekeeping venture. In its early days, CSS excelled in utilities and support functions by providing quality support services to banking organizations for housekeeping and maintenance. The founder enshrined ‘systemic outlook, innovative thinking and values’ in our organization’s working right from its inception. Today too, the CSS deliverables rest on this rock-solid foundation.
In his endeavor to expand the impact, Vimal and his pioneering team took painstaking efforts to organically grow the company to greater heights. As a result, today CSS is one of the most successful process-driven companies in the market with a pan-India presence.

CSS was founded in 1998, but was incorporated as a Private Limited Company in 2008. We started with caretaker (CT) services and template-based interiors or total infrastructure solutions (TIS). In the year 2008, we crossed the 1000 employee mark, with AGS being the main customer. There were offices in Mumbai, Pune, and Ahmedabad. In 2009, we added offices in Vadodara, New Delhi, Lucknow, Gwalior, Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Ludhiana, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai. The other major timelines are:
Started as TIS with ICICI and ING for their branches; Repairs and Maintenance (RnM) ops start for ICICI branches ex-Mumbai.

Started HR and Telecom verticals
Started software-based working through captive HR software and M-Audit.
Commissioned e-Surveillance ops through our own network operations center (NOC) ex-Chunabhatti; first PSARA license acquired by CSS; started security ops at Big Bazar and Vijay Sales; RnM for RBL corporate office; commenced first level maintenance (FLM) for FSS; started annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) for ACs.
The company reached the 10,000 employees mark; PASARA licenses had been acquired for 12 states; forayed into cash loading (CRA ops); the company started on the digital bandwagon through Fencer software; started TIS for Reliance Jio; entered mandate collection for Bajaj Finnserve (BFL), and started RnM ops for Kotak.
Consolidated manpower services vertical; started learning and development (L&D) vertical; and undertook work under Hitachi for technical services of checking the efficacy of and of maintaining CCTVs, DVRs, and hard disks at the ATM kiosks; new relationship with Bharat Broadband Network Limited (BBNL) would be started for checking wi-fi connectivity in 82,000 Gram Panchayats across the country in all but three states; started MEP services with Marks & Spencer, and added 2 more states under PSARA – Himachal Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh .
With pan India superstructure, CSS is operating in 48+ branches across India, with 9000+ employees and 45+ clients.
